Visionary
Back in 1997, fresh out of school, I joined Cargo Express without knowing what to expect. I had no clear idea of where I was headed or what my role within the company would be. The team welcomed me warmly, and it did not take long for me to feel a profound sense of camaraderie and belonging. I was very fortunate to have incredible mentors and colleagues, who generously shared their knowledge and guidance. These few years at Cargo Express were life transformative. This triggered a deep passion within me for the supply chain industry and laid the foundation for my career. I had finally discovered my path; thanks to Cargo Express for my first three years in the professional world.
In January 2020, after many years of exploring different horizons, life brought me full circle, I was back in the Rogers Group, with the amazing Rogers Hospitality Team at Mapou - full of energy, excitement and past experiences. My excitement was however cut short in March 2020 - there came the infamous Covid-19 pandemic. Borders were closed and the hospitality industry came to a standstill. Shortly after, one thing became clear and my fear was gone forever: Rogers Group was built on resilience and forward thinking. New projects and exciting challenges were in the pipeline. Five years later, I look back with immense pride and gratitude on what has been and will be achieved, and how lucky I am to be surrounded by amazing mentors, colleagues and friends. Thank you Rogers Group, Thank you Rogers Hospitality.

Mon entretien.

I'll never forget the exhilarating moment when a software solution I had worked on for months was finally launched. Watching it transform from an initial concept into a real-world application with tangible impact was incredibly rewarding. Rogers provided the platform to turn innovative ideas into practical solutions, teaching me the value of perseverance and the power of collaboration.

Looking for an internship and got the opportunity to join the HR team as an intern for two months, which was very exciting for me since as it was a going to be a first professional work life.
Two months internship done and then resumed for studies. However, because of my quality of work, my supervisor Mrs Nasreen was impressed with me. To my surprise, one day i received a call from her offering me a chance to join the HR team as a full timer which very few people get. That call is the one that I will never forget and this may be the gateway, the first step towards success in the future.

Entering Rogers House as a proud staff with my Rogers polo shirt on.
One memorable moment was during the launch event of Rogers Capital Finance Ltd. As one of the first employees, I felt an overwhelming sense of pride when we unveiled our vision to clients and partners in the stunning Rogers House. Seeing my childhood dream come to life, I remembered my parents' words about the importance of the Rogers Group. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement and hope for our future, and I was honoured to represent a legacy that had shaped so many lives. That day solidified my commitment to the group and reminded me that dreams can indeed become reality with dedication and passion. It was a pivotal moment that underscored not just my personal achievement, but also the collective ambition of our team.

I received a special bonus just two months after joining the team, before the year-end on June 30, 2022. During those two months, I faced the challenge of losing two key team members who left for new opportunities, and another who had to step away due to health issues. Despite these setbacks, I successfully met management's expectations by taking on the roles of Senior Client and Team Leader for the departed employees, while also serving as Assistant Manager for my team. I vividly recall being called in September by my Head of Department to collect my bonus letter, despite initially believing I wasn't entitled to one. It truly is a place where hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded.
The story I wish to share emphasises the powerful belief that hard work always brings success, based on my personal experience. Upon joining Rogers in 2022, my second appraisal recognised my managerial qualities. However, this acknowledgment coincided with a challenging period of health issues. As we approached the end of the financial year, with the pressure to complete all financial statements (FS), I battled a persistent lung issue that resisted medication. A high fever compounded my struggles, intensified by an unrelenting workload to complete the FS. Despite medical advice to rest, I prioritised my work and continued pushing myself. I remember arriving at work feeling dizzy and unwell, prompting my Head of Department Manesha to insist I see the office doctor. On the way to the doctor's office, I realized my condition was worsening. The next thing I knew, I was waking up on the floor. Despite this setback, I continued working remotely to finalize the pending FS. Once my health improved, Manesha commended my dedication and affirmed my potential for managerial excellence. I was subsequently promoted to manager. This story underscores the importance of chasing one's dreams and the belief that hard work pays off, even in the face of adversity.

The iconic building when I would visit Caudan during my school holidays and at that time, i used to look at the skyscraper and wished that some day I would get to work at Rogers.
Rogers Capital is one of the first company that I worked for in Mauritius after having lived abroad for 14 years. It was quite a leap of faith as I was not sure if i would be able to adapt with the work environment and if I would be able to meet my employer's expectation. But the people that I have been working with has made work worthwhile and I have not looked back since. Very early on, I implemented the first Graduate Program (Xcelerate Graduate Program for Fiduciary services). The program was very well structured where fresh graduates have the opportunity to be rotate across department within a given time period, were provided with a series of behavioral training (e.g. presentation skills, grooming, customer service etiquette) at the time of joining and were assigned a dedicated Mentor at senior leadership level. The graduates were assessed based on their performance, behavior and attitude at the end of every departmental rotation and at the end of the program, they were required to present a business solution and share their learnings in front of the Managing Director as well as other key senior leadership members. The program was a success as it was an innovative way to integrate new talents to shape our working culture, build a polyvalent talent pool of people who are readily available in the midst of high attrition rate and this also built on our retention strategy by keeping them engaged throughout the program and they even recommended their peers for the next intake. I had the opportunity to present the successful program during the CAP26 presentation for the People Strategy in front of all the leaders of the Rogers Group in the year 2022. This was the highlight of my career in Mauritius and it surely gave me more motivation to work towards excellence in full pioneering spirit at all time. Today, I have also been promoted from the initial role I started from an HRBP to a People Development and Experience Manager which I believe is a step forward towards my career progression.

When I was a child, we always insisted on buying products which were sold by Rogers as our family was involved in the shareholding of the group a long time back. Rogers was part of our family DNA
The relationship between the major shareholders of Rogers as they evolved over the years has been a very enriching experience and decisions were taken several times over the years that streamlined the ownership of the group. Rogers was eventually split into two parts at the initiative of its two family controlled shareholders and Rogers has been a subsidiary of ENL for more than 10 years. ENL and Rogers are now studying the possibility of merging the two entitities. This augurs well for the future

On my first day of work, i had a great welcoming by the Management.
It is always a privilege to work with Rogers' group. I have got the opportunity to go an extra mile in my career. Also, Rogers emphasizes growth, development, and have supported me in both professionally and personally. It is a nurturing environment helps people thrive, like a family that encourages and helps each other succeed.
In 1987, Cim Finance was formally established as Rogers Group’s financial services branch, serving needs like leasing and consumer credit. In 2000, Tim Taylor took leadership, strengthening Cim Finance’s role in the group’s portfolio, while Rogers also expanded into offshore management and other financial services. Rogers consolidated its financial entities under the name “Cim” in the early 2000s, including the fiduciary company International Management Mauritius (IMM) and Albatross Insurance, which later rebranded as Cim Insurance.
By 2012, the Rogers Group decided to spin off its financial services to form Cim Financial Services Ltd, allowing it to operate independently from the main Rogers conglomerate. This strategic move enabled Cim Finance to exclusively focus on expanding its core financial services, such as consumer credit, leasing, and factoring. As a result, Cim Finance has since evolved into one of Mauritius’ leading non-banking financial institutions, particularly known for innovative solutions that support individuals and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs).
In 2023, the Bel Ombre region was recognized at the Green Destination Summit as a top sustainable tourism destination. This distinction highlights Rogers' ongoing commitment to eco-conscious tourism, driven by its "Now for Tomorrow" initiative, which includes efforts like local sourcing, waste reduction, and biodiversity protection in partnership with local communities and organisations.

Well established and highly esteemed company in Mauritius. Well known in Aviation and Shipping.
My memorable moment was during the first COVID-19 lockdown whereby we are all living an unprecedented time and within a VUCA environment whereby we all had millions of questions and assumptions unanswered, and nobody had a definite answer. We were also transiting from our third to fourth year of operations and migrating from the introductory to our growth stage whereby from one day to the other we reached a stand-still and the business engine haltered. We were looking for answers for our team members and had to be reassuring. As a team we supported and motivated each other with the blessing of our directors, shareholders and our top management team and derived an efficient and productive way to reinvent the business and shifted our model and modus operandi. The whole team showed sheered determination and responded positively to our numerous solicitations and to think out of the box. We initiated BCPs and had regular follow up based on the multiple scenarios in anticipation of the VUCA situation we were all living. We would not have succeeded if there were no clear direction, vision and initiatives taken from a top-down approach and in constant communication with our staff at all levels. We overcame the lockdown period, reinvented ourselves and succeeded in seeking opportunities, rather than casualties while coming back from COVID. The company as a whole bounced back with positive results, and we perceived this period as a game changer to our existing business and thanks to our leadership team for their continuous support & insight throughout the whole process.

Legacy
Is a memory ever truly a moment, or is it the echo of what that moment awakens within us? My first memory of Rogers wasn’t about what I saw or heard—it was the shift in how I felt. It was the realization that this place wasn’t just built on processes or goals, but on the invisible threads of purpose, connection, and shared ambition. It made me question: Do we shape the places we belong to, or do they shape us? Perhaps my first memory of Rogers wasn’t about arriving—it was about becoming.
We are more than the tasks we complete or the deadlines we meet—for We 'R' the passion that drives progress. We are more than the titles we hold or the recognition we receive—for We 'R' the purpose that inspires excellence. We are more than the success we achieve or the challenges we face—for We 'R' the resilience that shapes our legacy. We ‘R’ something deeper—something shaped by the hands of time, by the lessons of experience, and by the wisdom of those who walked this path before us. Over the past seven years, I have had the privilege of embarking on a journey through the many facets of Rogers Capital. Each department I’ve worked in has offered a unique lens through which to understand the heartbeat of this organization. This journey has been far more than a professional experience—it has been a profound education in resilience, collaboration, and purpose. By delving into the intricacies of business operations and processes, I’ve come to appreciate the seamless interplay of people, ideas, and innovation that drives this company forward. Toward what stands out most about my time here is not a single moment, but the collective experiences that have shaped my understanding of what this organization truly represents. Every role I’ve taken on, every process I’ve mastered, and every challenge I’ve faced has deepened my connection to the company’s unwavering commitment to excellence. Trust was built in moments when the complexity of operations felt overwhelmed, yet it was in those very moments that I witnessed the power of collaboration and shared purpose. Whether it was streamlining a process, solving a critical issue, or simply supporting one another through demanding times, these experiences revealed something extraordinary: Rogers is not just a company. It is a living, breathing embodiment of what can be achieved when people unite with a shared vision and passion.

Conclusion : Aujourd'hui, en tant que Head of People Operations and Expérience, de Rogers Hospitality, pour le cluster Quick Service Restaurant et Leisure, je réalise à quel point mon parcours a été un mélange de défis professionnels et d’humanisme.

My first memory of Rogers is quite special, especially as I'm new to the company. As a child, I often visited the iconic Rogers building in Port-Louis with my family to plan our travels at the travel agency. Now, seeing how Rogers has expanded into Rogers Capital Technology is truly inspiring. It's amazing to be part of a team that continues to innovate and grow!
Although I'm still new to the Rogers Group, one memorable moment stands out for me: my very first team meeting. I walked in feeling a mix of excitement and nerves, but everyone was incredibly welcoming. The atmosphere was so positive, with team members eager to share their ideas and experiences. It was inspiring to hear about the exciting projects underway and how passionate everyone is about their work. I particularly enjoyed a story someone shared about a successful collaboration that led to a significant breakthrough. It really highlighted the supportive culture here and made me feel like I was joining a family. I'm excited to contribute my own experiences and create more memorable moments as I grow with the team!

My first memory at Rogers was stepping into the office on my first day and meeting my team. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and ready to help, which made me feel at ease. I remember the excitement of learning about the company’s goals, understanding the projects I’d be involved in, and seeing how everything worked. It felt like a great opportunity to grow and contribute to something meaningful, and I was eager to get started.
One of my favorite memories at Rogers happened during a team lunch. It wasn’t a work meeting, but just a casual get-together outside the office. We laughed, shared stories, and got to know each other better beyond just work tasks. I remember talking with a colleague about a hobby we both enjoyed, which sparked a fun conversation and made me feel more connected to the team. It showed me how important building relationships is, not just for work, but for creating a supportive and friendly environment

My first memory of Rogers is sitting on the white sofa in the reception area before my interview. I was immediately impressed by the ambiance - the soft lighting and the charming little alley surrounded by pebbles at the entrance. The trees, which I couldn't quite identify as coconut or palm, added to the inviting atmosphere. It truly felt like a place where I could see myself working.
One of the most memorable aspects of working with the Rogers Group is the unwavering support within the team. Whether it's tackling a challenging task or navigating tight deadlines, everyone is always willing to lend a hand. The collective commitment to each other's success not only enhances our productivity but also strengthens our team dynamics, making each challenge an opportunity for growth.
Rogers Shipping, a subsidiary of Velogic, has been an integral part of the Mauritian Maritime industry for over 100 years. Established as part of Rogers' diversified business ventures, Rogers Shipping plays a vital role in ship agency services in Mauritius and across the Indian Ocean region. It offers a comprehensive range of maritime services, including port husbandry, crew change, project cargo, vessel chartering, and ship broking. The company is known for its commitment to minimizing vessel turnaround time and ensuring the safety of both the vessel and crew.
Rogers Shipping operates at all major ports in the Indian Ocean, with strategic hubs in Mauritius and Rodrigues. Through partnerships with international shipping lines and strong local expertise, it handles a variety of shipping operations and logistics services, supporting the country's strategic position on the Asia-Europe-Africa shipping routes. Additionally, its integration with Velogic, another Rogers subsidiary, enhances its efficiency in logistics and supply chain management.
The Espitalier-Noël family has been integral to the Rogers Group's evolution, significantly influencing its strategic direction and growth. Their involvement dates back to the 1970s when Rogers merged with Taylor Smith and Doger de Spéville companies, welcoming new shareholders from the sugar industry, including the Espitalier-Noël and Weal Groups. This merger provided a new platform and financial means to address prevailing cash flow needs, facilitating Rogers' transformation into a stronger and more diversified conglomerate.
In 2000, the Taylor and Espitalier-Noël holdings bought out the WEAL Group’s interest in Rogers, making each family a 50% shareholder in the holding company Rogers Consolidated, which owned 53% of the shares issued by Rogers. This consolidation fortified the group’s ownership structure, enabling further strategic investments and reinforcing the alignment of interests between the two family shareholders.
In 2012, ENL Investment, the family's holding company, became the majority shareholder of Rogers & Co. Ltd following a major restructuring and the spin-off of the non-banking financial arm of the group. This strategic move integrated the strengths of both entities, enhancing capabilities in sectors such as agriculture, property development, travel, tourism, logistics, and finance, while aligning the group’s operations more closely with ENL’s business ecosystem.
Leadership within the family has been instrumental in steering Rogers' growth. Philippe Espitalier-Noël joined the Rogers group in 1997 and has been serveing as CEO of Rogers since 2007. Since 2007, Philippe Espitalier-Noël has served as CEO, bringing expertise in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. His leadership has been pivotal in reigniting Rogers' earnings growth following the spin-off, which had a substantial impact on the group’s overall earnings. Despite this initial reduction due to the separation, Philippe’s strategic focus on expansion has enabled Rogers to regain momentum, allowing it to remain a member of the SEM10.
Today, the combined market capitalisation of Rogers and CIM stand as a testimony to the shareholder value thrust that prevailed within Rogers for the past twenty-five years.
In July 2024, the unification of ENL and Rogers’ head offices marked a major step toward strategic and cultural alignment. For over half a century, the Espitalier-Noël family’s long-term shareholding and leadership have been central in shaping Rogers into one of Mauritius's most prominent business ventures, leaving a lasting impact on both the group and the national economy.

My journey with Rogers began in 2019 as a Board member of Rogers Capital. This role gave me a clear vision of the Group’s ability to create opportunities that go beyond business and positively impact lives. Experiencing how Rogers’ values: Agility, Engagement, and Excellence, are woven in its culture gave me a deeper understanding of how this Mauritian Group creates meaningful change across industries.
When I first joined Ascencia in 2020 as an Asset Manager, I discovered the heart of the company: its people. Their entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and resilience became particularly evident during the pandemic, one of the most challenging periods in recent history. Even while the malls were closed, the team worked tirelessly to support tenants and safeguard customers.
Initiatives like the tenant relief plan, the Safe Shopping campaign, and B’Local at 42 Market Street, a space for empowering small businesses at Bagatelle Mall, brought hope and opportunity when it was needed most.
These moments were a reminder of what Rogers stands for: supporting communities and bringing people together. They strengthened my belief in Ascencia’s mission and inspired me to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in January 2024.
Today, Ascencia is more than just a portfolio of shopping malls; it’s about creating unique spaces where people come together to share memorable moments.
We are also concerned about our carbon footprint and aim in mitigating our impact on the environment by implementing various actions such as the use of renewable energy, the sorting of our waste whilst partnering with our tenants to shape a more inclusive and sustainable future.
As Rogers celebrates 125 years of vision and transformation, I am proud to lead Ascencia in carrying this legacy forward. Together, we aim to create spaces that enrich lives, strengthen communities, and ensure that the human stories behind our successes continue to inspire for generations to come.

Since my childhood, I was always intrigued by the Rogers House building. As I grew older, I started seeing the "Rogers Capital" name in malls and on billboards. I was fascinated by the coverage it had as well as the reputation built. Little did I know that one day I would have the opportunity to work at Rogers Capital surrounded by a lively environment. The highlight for me is that a month after joining Rogers Capital, I was thrilled to participate in my very first event - Plant a Tree! This event was organised with the aim of contributing for a balanced ecosystem. To my surprise, the event took place in my locality, near Telfair Amphitheater. I cannot express the pride I felt when I realised that the Company I work for not only focuses on work and financial gains but also on maintaining a balanced and healthy environment for us and the future generations. As someone said: "Be part of the solution, not part of the pollution."

A huge thank you to Rogers Group for giving me the opportunity to grow and become a leader in my department. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m truly grateful for all the experiences that have shaped me.

The building! My father used to work in this building when Air Mauritius was based at Rogers House. I often came with him during school holidays and wished I would also work here went I grow up. I would often pause for a moment, imagining myself as part of the vibrant team within those walls. The thought of contributing to such a prestigious company filled me with determination and hope. It was more than just a building; it was a symbol of my ambitions and the future I envisioned for myself.
When I joined the group in 2018, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and friendly atmosphere. I remember my pre-onboarding was a lunch with all members of HR team where I got to know them. Another aspect that surprised me when I joined: everyone, regardless of their level, is approachable, and experts are eager to share their knowledge. New ideas that challenge the status quo are always encouraged and welcomed.

I was just 16 years old when I joined the company as a cleaner for bulk sugar containers. It was my first step into the working world, and I could never have imagined then how much this company would shape my life. At 24, I was given an incredible opportunity. The company supported me in obtaining my driving license and later encouraged me to follow a course at IVTB to earn my forklift license. These qualifications opened doors for me, allowing me to take on new responsibilities and grow professionally.
The company didn’t just help me in my career—they also supported me in my personal life. They granted me an advance on my pay, which allowed me to place a deposit for the purchase of my house. Later, they extended the same generosity when I was preparing for my wedding. These moments stand out as examples of how much the company has cared for its employees.
Today, at 56 years old, I feel nothing but gratitude. The opportunities and support I’ve received over the years have changed my life for the better. As I continue working, I look forward to staying with the company until my retirement, proud to be part of this incredible journey.

On my 3rd day at Rogers, 23rd May 2007, I was invited on the spot in a meeting with 2 colleagues. The meeting started and the 2 colleagues began an animated discussion. To say the least, I was lost and unable to actively participate in the discussion. The purpose of the meeting was the set up of a property fund. After a few months and meetings, I was more involved in the project, and in December 2008 (if I am not mistaken), Ascencia started its operations. Today, the company is listed and generates more than a billion rupees of PAT. I was fortunate to participate in the creation of such a successful company.
20 years
Experience
Cordialement, Vidoola

My very first day I was amazed by the level of teamwork and professionalism that surrounded me. The guidance and support I received from my team helped me quickly adapt and grow in my role.

Empowering
End of year party 2022.
From intern to employee, Rogers Hospitality has provided me with invaluable opportunities to cultivate and expand my knowledge. One of my most memorable experiences was receiving a scholarship to study in Europe. During this time, Rogers allowed me to work remotely from Slovenia while completing my third year of my degree. This flexibility enabled me to seamlessly balance my studies and work while gaining valuable experience. Despite the distance, the collaboration with my team was outstanding; everyone was incredibly supportive, offering guidance and encouragement throughout this adventure.
In 2009, the Rogers Foundation was established as one of the first private sector initiatives in Mauritius, aimed at addressing societal challenges and driving positive change. Serving as a funding vehicle, the Foundation supports projects that benefit local communities and the environment. Initially focused on HIV/AIDS awareness and marine biodiversity protection, it has evolved from traditional philanthropy into a comprehensive approach that encompasses corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and inclusive development.

Mon premier Interview
35 years

Excellence
My first memory with Rogers team was to participate with them as an intern at le salon du Prêt-à-Partir.
One of my best experiences at Rogers was to have had the opportunity to work for a major airline at the airport. Beside that, the organised hikes are among the best moments surrounded by a dynamic team.

Engaged
Joining this team back in 2010 was an honour. I remember my college days where we used to talk a lot about Rogers Group, and when I got the opportunity to join just some days after my final exams, i did so with no second thought.
My journey: 1) Starting as a Store Attendant to achieving my life's goal within the group. 2) Getting the opportunity to serve as a Brand Ambassador for Heritage Resorts for two mandates and being nominated in the Top 3 for the Best Ambassador Award (Excellence Award 2018).

Bold
Growing up in the heart of Port Louis, Rogers was a brand I often noticed while passing along John Kennedy Street, leaving a lasting impression from an early age. Later, in 2018, when I joined Velogic in Mer Rouge, I vividly remember visiting the fifth floor on a Friday afternoon to collect my contract—a memorable moment that marked the beginning of my journey with the group.
One particularly memorable experience was witnessing the agility and resilience of our team at Velogic (and Rogers) during the pandemic. The logistics sector faced unprecedented challenges, from disrupted supply chains to rapidly changing regulations, yet our team rose to the occasion with remarkable coordination. Across all locations, colleagues supported one another, adapted swiftly, and found innovative solutions to ensure the continuity of operations, even in the most uncertain times. What stood out most was the unwavering commitment from every level of the organization. Leadership provided clear guidance and support, while teams on the ground worked tirelessly to keep goods moving. This period highlighted not just the operational strength of Velogic but also the sense of unity and shared purpose that defines us. It was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we come together, even in the face of the most daunting challenges.

Unique
One day when I was alone, I just joined the company. I have got the opportunity to manage the guests alone and they were very appreciating the service. That made me very proud of myself.

Rogers Group underwent a major rebranding in November 2022, updating its brand identity to reflect its evolving mission and values. The Group introduced a new classification, shifting from four served markets to five key segments: Finance & Technology, Logistics, Malls, Real Estate & Agribusiness, and Hospitality & Travel.
This reorganisation is part of Rogers' strategy to foster meaningful change, align its resources for a greater impact, and stay true to its vision of shaping a better future for businesses, communities, and the planet.
A key element of Rogers Aviation's growth is BlueSky, a fully accredited IATA travel agency launched in 1952. Initially, it was launched as a network of travel agencies, providing corporate and leisure travel services. In 2007, the BlueSky brand was born from the merger of two prominent travel agencies, Rogers Travel and MTTB, making it a leader in both corporate and leisure travel in the region. BlueSky operates as a major travel service provider across the Indian ocean including Mauritius and Mozambique. It continues to grow its presence as part of Rogers’ commitment to the aviation and hospitality sectors.
The agency offers a wide range of services, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, travel insurance, visa services, tailor-made holiday packages, and 24/7 customer support. Since 1974, BlueSky has held the American Express Global Business Travel franchise for Mauritius, Réunion Island, and Madagascar, providing comprehensive solutions for corporate travel. Additionally, BlueSky is recognized for its sustainability efforts through the Fly Greener initiative, which allows travellers to offset their carbon footprint by investing in eco-friendly projects.

Agility
I remember the warm welcome I received from all the team members on my first day. The working environment was so positive, and the enthusiasm of the team was contagious. It made me feel immediately at home and excited to be part of such a supportive and dynamic culture.
One of the most memorable moments for me at the Rogers Group was during a particularly challenging project. With a tight deadline and a lot of pressure, I could have easily felt overwhelmed. But instead, my colleagues came together to help and collaborate, and we successfully met the deadline. That experience and support really showed me the power of teamwork and the positive, solution-oriented mindset that defines the Rogers Group.

The day of my interview and the warm welcome of the receptionist and the interviewer. Felt already part of the Rogers Family. Got so much respect at Mapou Head Office. I was valued on my first working day by several HODs.
