It was 2016. I had left behind the polished, ultra-modern luxury of Singapore, where skyscrapers sparkled against the skyline, and everything moved with clockwork precision, from the bustling business districts to the immaculate public spaces. Arriving in Mauritius, the contrast was striking. I was very apprehensive about being able to adapt. But my doubts began to slowly dissolve as soon as I stepped onto the fifth floor of Rogers House and I was Prema at the reception, smiling and looking so welcoming! Then I met more people in the office, and I soon realised that Rogers wasn't just a corporate entity; it was a place filled with genuine warmth and an authentic connection to the island. People spoke with pride, not only about their work but about Mauritius itself. They shared stories of growth and tradition, of challenges and resilience, and, in those conversations, I saw how deeply they valued both progress and heritage. Rogers became more than just an employer; it became my gateway into understanding Mauritius on a level I hadn't anticipated. The company embodied a delicate balance: it embraced Mauritius' natural beauty and traditions, while still aspiring to evolve, innovate and grow.
In my first few weeks at Rogers, we had a meeting with someone in the Hospitality cluster, held at Le Telfair. I had never been there before, and as I walked into the reception area, I paused, captivated by the view stretching out before me. The scene was nothing short of exquisite, and it took my breath away. In that moment, I felt a profound sense of gratitude and pride to be part of a Group that not only owned such a remarkable property but also created this same awe-inspiring experience for guests from around the world.

Back in 1997, fresh out of school, I joined Cargo Express without knowing what to expect. I had no clear idea of where I was headed or what my role within the company would be. The team welcomed me warmly, and it did not take long for me to feel a profound sense of camaraderie and belonging. I was very fortunate to have incredible mentors and colleagues, who generously shared their knowledge and guidance. These few years at Cargo Express were life transformative. This triggered a deep passion within me for the supply chain industry and laid the foundation for my career. I had finally discovered my path; thanks to Cargo Express for my first three years in the professional world.
In January 2020, after many years of exploring different horizons, life brought me full circle, I was back in the Rogers Group, with the amazing Rogers Hospitality Team at Mapou - full of energy, excitement and past experiences. My excitement was however cut short in March 2020 - there came the infamous Covid-19 pandemic. Borders were closed and the hospitality industry came to a standstill. Shortly after, one thing became clear and my fear was gone forever: Rogers Group was built on resilience and forward thinking. New projects and exciting challenges were in the pipeline. Five years later, I look back with immense pride and gratitude on what has been and will be achieved, and how lucky I am to be surrounded by amazing mentors, colleagues and friends. Thank you Rogers Group, Thank you Rogers Hospitality.

Excellence
My first memory with Rogers team was to participate with them as an intern at le salon du Prêt-à-Partir.
One of my best experiences at Rogers was to have had the opportunity to work for a major airline at the airport. Beside that, the organised hikes are among the best moments surrounded by a dynamic team.

My earliest memory of Rogers Group is a childhood fascination with the towering building in Port-Louis with my cousins during holidays. Flash forward years after, my journey with Rogers Group began in 2012 as a Front of House Receptionist at Voilà Hotel. Today, as a Guest Experience Executive at Veranda Resorts, I carry the torch of Rogers Group's legacy. It's a humbling responsibility, and one that I embrace with passion and dedication. I am grateful for the opportunities that have come my way, and I am excited to contribute to the bright future of this iconic organization. As Rogers Group celebrates its 125th anniversary, I join in the celebration with a heart full of gratitude. It's a testament to the vision, hard work, and unwavering commitment of countless individuals who have shaped this company into a beacon of excellence. Here's to many more years of growth, innovation, and unforgettable experiences.
As I reflect on my time with Rogers Group, a wave of nostalgia washes over me. It feels like just yesterday I was a wide-eyed young professional stepping into the world of hospitality at Voilà Hotel, my very first job. Little did I know this would be the beginning of a transformative journey that would shape both my career and my life.
I still remember the feeling in my tummy before my very first client check-in—a mix of fear and excitement. Today, I am a passionate and confident woman in the hospitality industry. I am deeply grateful to all the people who have accompanied me on this journey and shaped the woman I am today.

Conclusion : Aujourd'hui, en tant que Head of People Operations and Expérience, de Rogers Hospitality, pour le cluster Quick Service Restaurant et Leisure, je réalise à quel point mon parcours a été un mélange de défis professionnels et d’humanisme.

My first memory of Rogers is one that still stirs emotions in me. It was my first day, walking into the building for the very first time, feeling both nervous and excited. The sight of the Rogers logo, standing tall and proud, immediately caught my attention. It wasn't just a logo, it was a symbol of a legacy, of something much bigger than myself. I remember pausing for a moment, feeling a deep sense of awe, and knowing right then that this was where I wanted to be. Walking into the office for the first time, I was immediately struck by the blend of tradition and modernity that Rogers embodies. There was an air of history, with the company's journey spanning over a century, but also a forward-thinking culture driven by innovation and a diverse range of services across Finance, Technology, Hospitality, and more. The warmth of the people, the welcoming atmosphere, and the stories I heard from my new colleagues about their own journeys with Rogers made it all feel so special. I was stepping into a place with deep roots, where every person, every desk, every corner seemed to carry a piece of history. It wasn't just a job: it felt like I was becoming part of a family that had endured and thrived for over a century. That sense of belonging and pride in being part of something so meaningful is my first and most cherished memory of Rogers. I was inspired by the company's resilience and its ability to continuously evolve while maintaining a deep connection to Mauritius. This first impression, of a company that bridges the past and future, left a lasting mark on me, reinforcing my excitement to contribute to its ongoing success as it celebrated 125 remarkable years.
I remember my first day at Rogers Group so vividly, like it was yesterday as I have recently completed my second year on 18th of October 2024. It was on the fifth floor at Rogers House in Port Louis, and the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a stunning path lined with artificial tall palm trees, their leaves swaying gently with soft lights twinkling in between. It almost felt magical, as if the scene was designed just to welcome me into something special. But what really took my breath away was when I saw the Rogers logo shining into the reception wall. In that instant, I felt a deep connection, an unexplainable pull. I knew, without a doubt, that I wanted to be part of this legacy. I fell in love with the company right then and there. It wasn't just about wanting a job; I wanted to belong, to contribute to this storied institution at all costs. In my journey through the workplace, I've had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, spanning every age group. But among them, two colleagues who have now retired hold a special place in my heart. Despite the years that separated us, they became more than just co-workers: they were mentors, companions, and friends. From the very beginning, they took me under their wings, not with cold instructions, but with patience, warmth, and a sense of care that can only come from experience. We shared countless moments, the kind that aren't scheduled or marked on calendars, but remain engraved in memory. That moment standing there, under the glow of the lights and the majestic palms marked the beginning of a journey I will always cherish. It wasn't just the start of my career at Rogers; it was the start of something much bigger, a feeling that I was stepping into a family with a history and heart that I would soon be proud to call my own.

Supportive
I received a special bonus just two months after joining the team, before the year-end on June 30, 2022. During those two months, I faced the challenge of losing two key team members who left for new opportunities, and another who had to step away due to health issues. Despite these setbacks, I successfully met management's expectations by taking on the roles of Senior Client and Team Leader for the departed employees, while also serving as Assistant Manager for my team. I vividly recall being called in September by my Head of Department to collect my bonus letter, despite initially believing I wasn't entitled to one. It truly is a place where hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded.
The story I wish to share emphasises the powerful belief that hard work always brings success, based on my personal experience. Upon joining Rogers in 2022, my second appraisal recognised my managerial qualities. However, this acknowledgment coincided with a challenging period of health issues. As we approached the end of the financial year, with the pressure to complete all financial statements (FS), I battled a persistent lung issue that resisted medication. A high fever compounded my struggles, intensified by an unrelenting workload to complete the FS. Despite medical advice to rest, I prioritised my work and continued pushing myself. I remember arriving at work feeling dizzy and unwell, prompting my Head of Department Manesha to insist I see the office doctor. On the way to the doctor's office, I realized my condition was worsening. The next thing I knew, I was waking up on the floor. Despite this setback, I continued working remotely to finalize the pending FS. Once my health improved, Manesha commended my dedication and affirmed my potential for managerial excellence. I was subsequently promoted to manager. This story underscores the importance of chasing one's dreams and the belief that hard work pays off, even in the face of adversity.
I started my journey with the company when I was just 20 years old, working on various sites around the island. It was my first real job, and I gave it my all.
Two years later, my hard work was recognised, and I was promoted to Forklift Driver—a step that made me feel proud and motivated to keep growing. At 30, the company secured a big contract with the Marine Ports Authority (MPA) for container deliveries, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for about 1½ years. It was a challenging period, working long shifts, but it paid off.
The extra income allowed me to complete the construction of my house, a goal I had been working toward for years. Over time, I had the opportunity to work on many different projects, including assignments at suites all over the island. These experiences broadened my horizons and made me more versatile in my work. Outside of my regular duties, I found another passion—football. Today, I proudly serve as the trainer of the Velogic Football Team.
Under my guidance, we achieved a significant milestone, winning second place in the 1st Division—a moment of great pride for me and the team. Now, at 60 years old, I look back on my journey with gratitude. I’ve grown alongside the company, achieved personal milestones, and built lasting relationships.
As I continue working until retirement, I feel a sense of fulfilment knowing how far I’ve come and the legacy I’ll leave behind.

Notable / trustworthy
Well established and highly esteemed company in Mauritius. Well known in Aviation and Shipping.
My memorable moment was during the first COVID-19 lockdown whereby we are all living an unprecedented time and within a VUCA environment whereby we all had millions of questions and assumptions unanswered, and nobody had a definite answer. We were also transiting from our third to fourth year of operations and migrating from the introductory to our growth stage whereby from one day to the other we reached a stand-still and the business engine haltered. We were looking for answers for our team members and had to be reassuring. As a team we supported and motivated each other with the blessing of our directors, shareholders and our top management team and derived an efficient and productive way to reinvent the business and shifted our model and modus operandi. The whole team showed sheered determination and responded positively to our numerous solicitations and to think out of the box. We initiated BCPs and had regular follow up based on the multiple scenarios in anticipation of the VUCA situation we were all living. We would not have succeeded if there were no clear direction, vision and initiatives taken from a top-down approach and in constant communication with our staff at all levels. We overcame the lockdown period, reinvented ourselves and succeeded in seeking opportunities, rather than casualties while coming back from COVID. The company as a whole bounced back with positive results, and we perceived this period as a game changer to our existing business and thanks to our leadership team for their continuous support & insight throughout the whole process.

Quelle journée ! Clac!... Allez… Au revoir et à demain !

Fantastic team building day back in 2018! Closing the office for a day and having a treasure hunt in Triolet, followed by an open buffet at Mont Choisy. It has been a great way to foster camaraderie and share happy moments. It has been a memorable experience for everyone involved combining adventure, teamwork, and good food.
Surprise celebration for my 30th working anniversary in June 2023.

Rogers provided me the work space and confidence in me to achieve the required output.
The AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open (ABMO) is a premier golf tournament that has significantly elevated Mauritius's status in the international golfing community. Since its inception in 2015 by Rogers Group, ABMO has been co-sanctioned by the European, Asian, and Sunshine Tours, making it the only tri-sanctioned golf tournament globally. This unique collaboration has attracted top-tier golfers from around the world, showcasing Mauritius as a prime golfing destination.
Rogers Group has played a pivotal role in the success of ABMO. Through its subsidiary, Rogers Hospitality, the group has been instrumental in hosting the tournament at its esteemed venues like Le Chateau Golf Course where the first tournament was held in 2015 and at La Réserve Golf Links in the 2023 edition, a course co-designed by Major champion Louis Oosthuizen and renowned golf architect Peter Matkovich. This event marked the international championship debut of La Réserve Golf Links, further cementing Mauritius's position as the Indian Ocean's premier golf destination.
The involvement of Rogers Group extends beyond hosting; the company has been a founding sponsor of ABMO, contributing to its growth and prominence on the global stage. By supporting such high-profile event, Rogers Group not only promotes sports tourism in Mauritius but also aligns with its broader vision of sustainable development and community engagement. The group's commitment to excellence in hospitality and event management has been crucial in delivering a world-class experience for both players and spectators, with a potential household reach of 500.6m.

Mon entretien.

Legacy
I remember, as a child, going to Port-Louis with my mother every Saturday. We’d pass by Rogers House, that grand building that seemed to hold an air of mystery. Standing in front of it, I felt so small. I would look up in awe, my mind racing with curiosity, wondering what incredible things might be happening behind those walls. To me, it was a place of secrets and stories, a world of grown-ups that I was eager to one day understand. Little did I know then that Rogers House wasn’t just a building; it was a symbol of growth and ambition on the island, representing a legacy of resilience and innovation that has shaped the Mauritius we know today.
Although I joined the Rogers Group only recently, I already feel a strong sense of belonging, thanks to the incredibly warm welcome from my team. Moving to Rogers represents a pivotal step in my career, and I was deeply inspired not only by the vision that guides the Rogers Group but by the passion and dedication of the people I now work alongside. Seeing firsthand the commitment to growth and innovation, I look forward to being part of the journey ahead.

I was just 16 years old when I joined the company as a cleaner for bulk sugar containers. It was my first step into the working world, and I could never have imagined then how much this company would shape my life. At 24, I was given an incredible opportunity. The company supported me in obtaining my driving license and later encouraged me to follow a course at IVTB to earn my forklift license. These qualifications opened doors for me, allowing me to take on new responsibilities and grow professionally.
The company didn’t just help me in my career—they also supported me in my personal life. They granted me an advance on my pay, which allowed me to place a deposit for the purchase of my house. Later, they extended the same generosity when I was preparing for my wedding. These moments stand out as examples of how much the company has cared for its employees.
Today, at 56 years old, I feel nothing but gratitude. The opportunities and support I’ve received over the years have changed my life for the better. As I continue working, I look forward to staying with the company until my retirement, proud to be part of this incredible journey.

While working at Veranda Palmar Beach Hotel, I've encountered some tourists with whom I shared my life objectives and my wish to finish my studies in Switzerland. I finally discovered that they lived near Switzerland and they knew a member of my family living there too.

The small IT office, designed for a team of five and housing multiple Air France servers, was tucked away on the mezzanine of Rogers House.
Seeing the Bank of Mauritius infrastructure project finally completed was an unforgettable milestone. It was like watching a road open after months of hard work, with every detail meticulously planned and executed. The pride we felt was immense. Throughout the project, moments of true teamwork shone brightest when challenges cropped up unexpected delays, resource constraints, tight deadlines. But every time, the team stepped up, pitching in with solutions, ideas, and support. Those experiences built bonds and memories that went beyond just this project, forming a foundation of trust and camaraderie that will last for years to comet.

I remember the warm welcome I received from all the team members on my first day. The working environment was so positive, and the enthusiasm of the team was contagious. It made me feel immediately at home and excited to be part of such a supportive and dynamic culture.
One of the most memorable moments for me at the Rogers Group was during a particularly challenging project. With a tight deadline and a lot of pressure, I could have easily felt overwhelmed. But instead, my colleagues came together to help and collaborate, and we successfully met the deadline. That experience and support really showed me the power of teamwork and the positive, solution-oriented mindset that defines the Rogers Group.

The first memory of Rogers is vividly tied to the excitement of starting a new chapter in my career.
125 years of Excellence: My personal growth with Rogers. As we celebrate Rogers' 125th anniversary, I find myself reflecting on the incredible growth I've experienced over the past four years. Rogers is known for its logistical expertise, but what truly makes this company stand out is its commitment to developing its employees and fostering professional growth in every aspect of our work. During my time here, one of the most valuable opportunities has been the range of professional skills training Rogers provides. These courses go beyond the technical aspects of logistics, focusing on essential skills that can be applied across all areas of business. I've had the chance to participate in several programs that have made a significant difference in my day-to-day responsibilities and in my interactions with both colleagues and customers. A course that had a profound impact on me was focused on enhancing communication and interpersonal skills. Effective communication is the backbone of strong business relationships, and through this training, I learned techniques to better engage with customers and colleagues alike. It helped me understand how to listen more actively, present information clearly, and navigate difficult conversations with confidence. This has been invaluable in fostering stronger relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met in a way that leaves a lasting positive impression. Rogers has also provided training on customer relationship management, which has been essential in helping me handle professional dealings with more confidence and ease. This training highlighted the importance of understanding customer needs, anticipating challenges, and consistently delivering solutions that exceed expectations. It's these kinds of activities that have strengthened my ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with our clients. Rogers' emphasis on customer satisfaction is something that truly aligns with my values, and it's rewarding to be part of a team that places such importance on these relationships. Another area of growth has been time management and organisational skills. Rogers encourages us to be more efficient and effective in our work, and the training I received on this subject has enabled me to prioritize my tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity, even when faced with tight schedules. These skills have not only made me more organised but have also improved my ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously. The benefits of these programs extend far beyond just improving my professional capabilities: they have also enriched my overall experience at Rogers. These opportunities for growth and development show that Rogers invests in its people, ensuring that we have the tools and skills necessary to thrive in an ever-evolving industry. It's this commitment to continuous improvement that has made my time at Rogers so fulfilling. As we celebrate 125 years, I look forward to what the future holds. Rogers has built an incredible legacy of excellence, and I am proud to be part of this journey. With the professional skills I've gained and the strong relationships we continue to build with our customers, I know that Rogers is poised for even greater success in the years to come. Here's to Rogers' 125 years of building connections, fostering growth, and delivering exceptional services and to the bright future we are all helping to shape together.

My memorable experience at Rogers is deeply tied to the precious moments I share daily with my colleagues at the office. Each of us brings our own qualities and flaws, but what makes our experience unforgettable are the moments spent together: our laughter, our jokes, and, above all, our sense of humour. These unique and authentic memories will forever be etched in my mind and in our hearts. At Rogers, each memorable moment is an essential piece of our collective mosaic.
I have been with Rogers for nearly 9 years. One of my most memorable experiences was the launch of Rogers Hospitality. It was a magical and extraordinary week where I got to discover all the aspects and products of Rogers Hospitality, such as the Veranda hotels, Heritage Resorts, and restaurants like Domino's Pizza & Chamarel which allowing me to explore a universe different from my daily life.
This moment was unique, filled with positive energy and strong emotions. I was very happy to have the privilege of being one member of the organizers of this event. I greatly appreciated this experience, which also enriched my knowledge. In other words, it was a fantastic experience, and I would do it again without hesitation. It is a memory that will forever be etched in my mind and in my heart.

My first memory at Rogers was stepping into the office on my first day and meeting my team. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and ready to help, which made me feel at ease. I remember the excitement of learning about the company’s goals, understanding the projects I’d be involved in, and seeing how everything worked. It felt like a great opportunity to grow and contribute to something meaningful, and I was eager to get started.
One of my favorite memories at Rogers happened during a team lunch. It wasn’t a work meeting, but just a casual get-together outside the office. We laughed, shared stories, and got to know each other better beyond just work tasks. I remember talking with a colleague about a hobby we both enjoyed, which sparked a fun conversation and made me feel more connected to the team. It showed me how important building relationships is, not just for work, but for creating a supportive and friendly environment

I'll never forget the exhilarating moment when a software solution I had worked on for months was finally launched. Watching it transform from an initial concept into a real-world application with tangible impact was incredibly rewarding. Rogers provided the platform to turn innovative ideas into practical solutions, teaching me the value of perseverance and the power of collaboration.
In 1987, Cim Finance was formally established as Rogers Group’s financial services branch, serving needs like leasing and consumer credit. In 2000, Tim Taylor took leadership, strengthening Cim Finance’s role in the group’s portfolio, while Rogers also expanded into offshore management and other financial services. Rogers consolidated its financial entities under the name “Cim” in the early 2000s, including the fiduciary company International Management Mauritius (IMM) and Albatross Insurance, which later rebranded as Cim Insurance.
By 2012, the Rogers Group decided to spin off its financial services to form Cim Financial Services Ltd, allowing it to operate independently from the main Rogers conglomerate. This strategic move enabled Cim Finance to exclusively focus on expanding its core financial services, such as consumer credit, leasing, and factoring. As a result, Cim Finance has since evolved into one of Mauritius’ leading non-banking financial institutions, particularly known for innovative solutions that support individuals and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs).
In 2015, Rogers Group took a significant step by acquiring Kross Border Co Ltd, a company specializing in offshore financial services. This acquisition laid the foundation for what would eventually become Rogers Capital, the financial services arm of the Group. Kross Border provided essential services such as corporate administration and outsourcing, catering to clients worldwide, including regions like the Americas, Europe, and Africa. This strategic move was instrumental in Rogers’ ambition to expand into the global business sector, shaping the future of Rogers Capital as a key player in financial services.

Stepping into the office as a fresh graduate, filled with excitement and a bit of nervousness. I remember being welcomed by my colleagues and immediately feeling a sense of belonging. My first day as a trainee in Health and Safety at Rogers & Co Ltd was a mix of learning the ropes and absorbing the company culture, which emphasized teamwork and excellence. It was a pivotal moment that set the tone for my journey with the company, sparking my passion for health and safety and shaping my career path.
I have been with the Rogers group for 15 years, currently employed as Safety and Health Officer at Rogers Capital. Looking back, it's been an enriching journey filled with growth, challenges, and opportunities. I joined Rogers fresh out of university, starting my career as a trainee in Health and Safety at Rogers & Co Ltd. During those early years, I worked under the guidance of Mr Dave Chamary, a seasoned expert whose leadership played a key role in my development. On-the-job learning proved to be a world apart from university theory, and I quickly grew under Dave's mentorship. He eventually entrusted me to manage operations on my own, a challenge that helped me gain confidence in my skills. I was also assigned to Fine Foods Marketing Ltd and Scott & Co Ltd, fulfilling safety duties under our service agreements with these companies. After 9 months of probation, I was confirmed in my role as Safety and Health Officer, which gave me a great boost of motivation to continue achieving success and proving my expertise. I'm grateful to Manish Bundhun for having confirmed my post, a decision that greatly encouraged me in my professional journey. After two years at Rogers & Co, I was transferred to Veranda Leisure and Hospitality Ltd, now known as Rogers Hospitality. Based in Bel Ombre, I was responsible for the safety of over 1,200 employees across several properties, including Heritage Awali, Heritage Le Telfair, C Beach Club, Villas Valriche, Heritage The Golf Club, and Château de Bel Ombre. Managing the health and safety needs of such a large operation was both challenging and rewarding. I led ISO audits, inspections, and compliance checks, ensuring that our reputation for excellence remained intact. Conducting compliance checks with various tour operators from different countries was a particularly valuable experience, giving me deeper insights into international standards and broadening my expertise. It was an intense learning experience that shaped both my personal and professional growth. After seven fulfilling years at Rogers Hospitality, I embraced a new challenge at Rogers Capital. This move introduced me to an entirely different environment, particularly with Rogers Capital Technology. Here, I faced the task of managing safety for complex operations involving towers and poles installed across Mauritius and Rodrigues. With no handover, I had to build the framework from scratch - implementing policies, procedures, conducting risk assessments, and training employees in hazardous activities. Then came the COVID-19 pandemic, adding yet another layer of complexity to our work. Despite these challenges, I was promoted from staff to management level, further expanding my responsibilities, thanks to the unwavering support of Mr. Fabrice Baillache, who provided all the guidance I needed. At Rogers Capital, we are certified with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, and I have successfully navigated multiple audits with flying colours. The opportunity to lead new projects, like conducting inspections and risk assessment of towers on Rodrigues Island, continues to drive my passion. Moreover, conducting on-site inspections, managing risks, and working closely with different teams have been instrumental in my growth. I've also built strong relationships with sector MDs, and I'm grateful that my efforts have been met with positive feedback. With the support and encouragement of my head, Mrs. Diya Kinnoo, I'm confident that I will continue to thrive and take on new challenges that contribute to Rogers' future success.

The building! My father used to work in this building when Air Mauritius was based at Rogers House. I often came with him during school holidays and wished I would also work here went I grow up. I would often pause for a moment, imagining myself as part of the vibrant team within those walls. The thought of contributing to such a prestigious company filled me with determination and hope. It was more than just a building; it was a symbol of my ambitions and the future I envisioned for myself.
When I joined the group in 2018, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and friendly atmosphere. I remember my pre-onboarding was a lunch with all members of HR team where I got to know them. Another aspect that surprised me when I joined: everyone, regardless of their level, is approachable, and experts are eager to share their knowledge. New ideas that challenge the status quo are always encouraged and welcomed.

I started my career in Rogers group at Heritage Golf Club on 1st August 2016 as bartender. Everything was new to me as it was the first time working in hospitality. There I got great opportunites to develop myself, to learn a lot concerning preparation on cocktail, drinks, and above all sharing great moments working for big competitions like ABMO and others. I was very dedicated to my work and perfom duty with keen interest to the best of my ability. I got the chance to meet with many villa owners and personalities for competitions and events. Cooporate team work was among my best qualities. After covid 19, I was being transfered to Awali hotel where I continued as barman for nearly one year.
In december 2021, I got the offer to work in maintenance department as coordinator, as previously before joining Rogers group I was working in a water engineering company where I earn lots of knowledge of maintenance and water management/water treatment. My duty as coordinator is to manage utilities (water/electricity/gas/diesel), follow up of work, records, and water management. I entertain very good relationship with my collegues in my department as well as other departments, managers and others also. I work to the entire satisfaction of the management.
