My first memory of Rogers is from my very first day with the company. I still remember walking into the office and immediately feeling a sense of warmth and professionalism from everyone around me. What struck me most was how welcoming the team was and how smoothly the onboarding process went. One specific moment that stands out was meeting my manager for the first time. They took the time to not only explain the company's goals and values but also to ask about my own professional aspirations. That early connection made me feel like Rogers genuinely cared about my development and well-being right from the start. It was in that moment that I knew I was joining a company with a strong, people-focused culture, which has continued to shape my positive experience ever since.
A particularly memorable moment during my time at the Rogers Group was in March 2020, when the company was flourishing across all areas. Then COVID-19 struck. We were suddenly faced with unforeseen challenges, but the way the team came together during that period was truly inspiring. At the time, I was working for Cap d'Abondance, a company rooted in the tourism industry, which was hit hard as business plummeted to 0%. People across the country were anxious about their jobs, and many were left unemployed and struggling. However, at Rogers, we had the reassurance that we were in the right place, and we were determined to get through this difficult phase, which we did. We recovered exceptionally well. I'm so proud to be part of a company like Rogers, which truly makes a difference in its employees' lives, from health campaigns to birthday leaves, employee discounts across various companies, and many other valuable benefits. That experience really emphasized for me the collaborative and supportive culture at Rogers Group. It reinforced how, when we work together, we can overcome any obstacle. It's a moment that made me feel proud to be part of such a dedicated and talented team.

My first memory of Rogers is one that still stirs emotions in me. It was my first day, walking into the building for the very first time, feeling both nervous and excited. The sight of the Rogers logo, standing tall and proud, immediately caught my attention. It wasn't just a logo, it was a symbol of a legacy, of something much bigger than myself. I remember pausing for a moment, feeling a deep sense of awe, and knowing right then that this was where I wanted to be. Walking into the office for the first time, I was immediately struck by the blend of tradition and modernity that Rogers embodies. There was an air of history, with the company's journey spanning over a century, but also a forward-thinking culture driven by innovation and a diverse range of services across Finance, Technology, Hospitality, and more. The warmth of the people, the welcoming atmosphere, and the stories I heard from my new colleagues about their own journeys with Rogers made it all feel so special. I was stepping into a place with deep roots, where every person, every desk, every corner seemed to carry a piece of history. It wasn't just a job: it felt like I was becoming part of a family that had endured and thrived for over a century. That sense of belonging and pride in being part of something so meaningful is my first and most cherished memory of Rogers. I was inspired by the company's resilience and its ability to continuously evolve while maintaining a deep connection to Mauritius. This first impression, of a company that bridges the past and future, left a lasting mark on me, reinforcing my excitement to contribute to its ongoing success as it celebrated 125 remarkable years.
I remember my first day at Rogers Group so vividly, like it was yesterday as I have recently completed my second year on 18th of October 2024. It was on the fifth floor at Rogers House in Port Louis, and the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a stunning path lined with artificial tall palm trees, their leaves swaying gently with soft lights twinkling in between. It almost felt magical, as if the scene was designed just to welcome me into something special. But what really took my breath away was when I saw the Rogers logo shining into the reception wall. In that instant, I felt a deep connection, an unexplainable pull. I knew, without a doubt, that I wanted to be part of this legacy. I fell in love with the company right then and there. It wasn't just about wanting a job; I wanted to belong, to contribute to this storied institution at all costs. In my journey through the workplace, I've had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, spanning every age group. But among them, two colleagues who have now retired hold a special place in my heart. Despite the years that separated us, they became more than just co-workers: they were mentors, companions, and friends. From the very beginning, they took me under their wings, not with cold instructions, but with patience, warmth, and a sense of care that can only come from experience. We shared countless moments, the kind that aren't scheduled or marked on calendars, but remain engraved in memory. That moment standing there, under the glow of the lights and the majestic palms marked the beginning of a journey I will always cherish. It wasn't just the start of my career at Rogers; it was the start of something much bigger, a feeling that I was stepping into a family with a history and heart that I would soon be proud to call my own.

I remember the warm welcome I received from all the team members on my first day. The working environment was so positive, and the enthusiasm of the team was contagious. It made me feel immediately at home and excited to be part of such a supportive and dynamic culture.
One of the most memorable moments for me at the Rogers Group was during a particularly challenging project. With a tight deadline and a lot of pressure, I could have easily felt overwhelmed. But instead, my colleagues came together to help and collaborate, and we successfully met the deadline. That experience and support really showed me the power of teamwork and the positive, solution-oriented mindset that defines the Rogers Group.

On my first day at Rogers Aviation, I got an unexpected gift and that gift was the welcome with a genuine smile of all the teams, starting from the HR that encouraged me to climb the stairs and achieve what I achieved today. I heart-fully thanks my manager and the HR who always push me to learn more, making each day a new adventure to explore.
Each day at Aviation is like a new territory to conquer for me, so no place for boredom!
Anecdote: During covid, there were no 'levels of staffs'. I remember, to get the budget reports done, we all put our minds and resources available above all to get the work done.
Lesson: I'm enjoying to-date, being in Rogers is like "The best adventures which I begin with a single step outside of my comfort zone."

My memorable experience at Rogers is deeply tied to the precious moments I share daily with my colleagues at the office. Each of us brings our own qualities and flaws, but what makes our experience unforgettable are the moments spent together: our laughter, our jokes, and, above all, our sense of humour. These unique and authentic memories will forever be etched in my mind and in our hearts. At Rogers, each memorable moment is an essential piece of our collective mosaic.
I have been with Rogers for nearly 9 years. One of my most memorable experiences was the launch of Rogers Hospitality. It was a magical and extraordinary week where I got to discover all the aspects and products of Rogers Hospitality, such as the Veranda hotels, Heritage Resorts, and restaurants like Domino's Pizza & Chamarel which allowing me to explore a universe different from my daily life.
This moment was unique, filled with positive energy and strong emotions. I was very happy to have the privilege of being one member of the organizers of this event. I greatly appreciated this experience, which also enriched my knowledge. In other words, it was a fantastic experience, and I would do it again without hesitation. It is a memory that will forever be etched in my mind and in my heart.

My first memory of Rogers takes me back to the vibrant opening day of Bagatelle Mall in September 2011. The excitement in the air was palpable as crowds from all over the island gathered for the grand unveiling. Rogers, the visionary force behind the project, had transformed a mere idea into Mauritius' premier lifestyle and shopping destination. As the doors swung open, a wave of anticipation swept through the mall. Families strolled through the gleaming corridors, discovering a blend of international brands and local boutiques, while children marvelled at the entertainment spaces. The air was filled with laughter, live music, and the aroma of delicious food from the restaurants that lined the mall. Standing there, witnessing the realization of such a bold vision, I felt the immense pride Rogers must have had. Bagatelle wasn't just a mall, it was a symbol of innovation, of bringing people together, and of shaping the future of retail in Mauritius. That day marked a defining moment, not just for Rogers, but for the entire island.
It was my first day at Rogers Hospitality, and I was ready to make a great impression except I'd completely missed one crucial detail: the location. Confidently, I headed to the Mapou Head Office, only to be met with puzzled looks. "Aren't you supposed to be at Bagatelle?" the receptionist asked. My heart sank. Panicking, I sped to Bagatelle, all the while getting texts like "Where are you?" By the time I arrived, the whole team was waiting, sipping coffee. "Mapou was nice?" someone teased. I grinned "just wanted to tour all the offices on day one!" Laughter erupted, and luckily, my blunder turned into the perfect icebreaker!

Conclusion : Aujourd'hui, en tant que Head of People Operations and Expérience, de Rogers Hospitality, pour le cluster Quick Service Restaurant et Leisure, je réalise à quel point mon parcours a été un mélange de défis professionnels et d’humanisme.

The first memory of Rogers is vividly tied to the excitement of starting a new chapter in my career.
125 years of Excellence: My personal growth with Rogers. As we celebrate Rogers' 125th anniversary, I find myself reflecting on the incredible growth I've experienced over the past four years. Rogers is known for its logistical expertise, but what truly makes this company stand out is its commitment to developing its employees and fostering professional growth in every aspect of our work. During my time here, one of the most valuable opportunities has been the range of professional skills training Rogers provides. These courses go beyond the technical aspects of logistics, focusing on essential skills that can be applied across all areas of business. I've had the chance to participate in several programs that have made a significant difference in my day-to-day responsibilities and in my interactions with both colleagues and customers. A course that had a profound impact on me was focused on enhancing communication and interpersonal skills. Effective communication is the backbone of strong business relationships, and through this training, I learned techniques to better engage with customers and colleagues alike. It helped me understand how to listen more actively, present information clearly, and navigate difficult conversations with confidence. This has been invaluable in fostering stronger relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met in a way that leaves a lasting positive impression. Rogers has also provided training on customer relationship management, which has been essential in helping me handle professional dealings with more confidence and ease. This training highlighted the importance of understanding customer needs, anticipating challenges, and consistently delivering solutions that exceed expectations. It's these kinds of activities that have strengthened my ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with our clients. Rogers' emphasis on customer satisfaction is something that truly aligns with my values, and it's rewarding to be part of a team that places such importance on these relationships. Another area of growth has been time management and organisational skills. Rogers encourages us to be more efficient and effective in our work, and the training I received on this subject has enabled me to prioritize my tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity, even when faced with tight schedules. These skills have not only made me more organised but have also improved my ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously. The benefits of these programs extend far beyond just improving my professional capabilities: they have also enriched my overall experience at Rogers. These opportunities for growth and development show that Rogers invests in its people, ensuring that we have the tools and skills necessary to thrive in an ever-evolving industry. It's this commitment to continuous improvement that has made my time at Rogers so fulfilling. As we celebrate 125 years, I look forward to what the future holds. Rogers has built an incredible legacy of excellence, and I am proud to be part of this journey. With the professional skills I've gained and the strong relationships we continue to build with our customers, I know that Rogers is poised for even greater success in the years to come. Here's to Rogers' 125 years of building connections, fostering growth, and delivering exceptional services and to the bright future we are all helping to shape together.

A great group with great leadership.
I began my journey at Heritage Resorts on April 26, 2010 right after completing my BSc (Hons) in Travel, Tourism and Recreation Management at the University of Mauritius.
Initially, I joined as a Guest Relations Officer, just to gain some experience. At that time, I never imagined that 14 years later, I would still be here, now as a Personal Assistant. I am grateful for the opportunities and growth Rogers has offered me. Throughout my journey, I have evolved from Guest Relations to Wedding Coordinator, then was promoted to Reservation Officer, and now, for the past three years, I am proudly working as a Personal Assistant.
This long journey has brought me countless rewarding encounters with incredible colleagues and guests from all around the world. I particularly treasure our repeat guests, and I take pride in making their experiences memorable. Working at Bel Ombre holds a special place in my heart— being close to my home in Surinam and an ideal setting to reconnect with nature. We have so much to offer our guests, and I believe our genuine smiles and attentiveness are the keys to our success.
Thank you, Rogers, for this wonderful journey and for the opportunity to be a part of such a remarkable family.

Throughout my first days, I encountered many delightful anecdotes that showcased the camaraderie among the team. One of my favourite aspects has been our Friday happy hours at the office in Ebène. These gatherings not only allow us to unwind but also foster connections and laughter, making the workplace feel like a close-knit community. Overall, my introduction to Rogers Aviation has been filled with warmth, support, and a sense of belonging that I truly cherish!

When my Hotel Manager Béatrice informed me about my enrollment for the much exciting adventure for the course of RISE with two awesome individuals whose name are Flavia and Shraddha.
Having had to have a dinner with my client at the Restaurant of Voilà Hotel, whereby leading us me and my client towards an incredible friendship. That dinner evening is indeed a memorable one and we both still talk about the 1st new movie or serial we are going to watch on Netflix. With Rogers, we indeed create mauments! We live it, experience it, and capture memorable moments!

Looking for an internship and got the opportunity to join the HR team as an intern for two months, which was very exciting for me since as it was a going to be a first professional work life.
Two months internship done and then resumed for studies. However, because of my quality of work, my supervisor Mrs Nasreen was impressed with me. To my surprise, one day i received a call from her offering me a chance to join the HR team as a full timer which very few people get. That call is the one that I will never forget and this may be the gateway, the first step towards success in the future.

Lots. Here since September 2023. My career here has been a great joy with the Dominos Port Louis team. This April will be an overall of 26 years in Hospitality services, although this is a different style of services. I feel a positive vibe each time I enter the Restaurant. With lots of smile and courtesy. I will always advice people to come and work here.

I was 5 years old when my father had to go to South Africa for a hernia operation. My mother accompanied him and I was to stay with my siblings. I was very sad and scared about my parents leaving me behind. My Dad took me to Rogers House to book and pay for his tickets. When I entered Rogers House the atmosphere of the building felt like stepping into a dream, where reality and fantasy intertwine. There was a kind of magic in the air that made everything feel surreal and special. I was overwhelmed by feelings of excitement, admiration and the buzzing energy flowing in the building. I was impressed by the classy airline attires. I felt connected, bonded and in harmony with the place; like a sense of union. My parents flew on South African Airways and the image of the majestic SAA Jumbo 747 with the orange tail and Suid-Afrikaanse Lugdiens (the Afrikaans name for South African Airways) written on the plane is still fresh in my mind. Sixteen years after I proudly joined Rogers Aviation. My first job and and only place of work since then. I fell in love, got married, got my kids and went through many good and very hard times in my life but Rogers stayed in my life all way through. It's a part of me, my essence, my existence. Rogers is my first family.
I was pregnant of my second child and only learnt about it when I started bleeding at work and was carried to the doctor. The doctor did a painful injection and asked me to stay in bed as the next 24 hours would be crucial in me keeping my child. That same night there was an urgent medical case to be uplifted on the next morning flight and when I heard about it, I immediately agreed to walk 4 floors down the stairs and come to the office (I was the one living nearest to the office). I was asked to break open the cupboard with the help of the security to get hold of manual tickets (the key was with the cashier who stayed in the south) and do all the process for the stretcher authorization. I left office around 02H00 am still with pain but with a feeling of accomplishment. The medical case flew on the next day and in South Africa they discovered that the doctor in Mauritius had given a wrong diagnosis and he didn't have any tumour. Sometime after I nearly delivered my baby at the office; but this is another anecdote :) The patient as well as his whole family came to thank me and till now the brother of the patient always introduces me as the lady who did an exceptional gesture and somehow saved his brother's life.

It is the first company I actually stepped in, had an interview for intern and secured a permanent position while studying simultaneously.
Every day is like building a new memory. Everyone who knows me understands that I really feel at home here. I often joke, "I own this floor!"
My first memory of Rogers Malls was as a frequent visitor, enjoying the shopping mall. When I started working at Bagatelle Mall, it was an entirely new experience, the evolving bond between our tenants and visitors, and how we all work together as one team. Through shared learning and collaboration, we continuously create memorable experiences for everyone who steps into the mall. It’s rewarding to be part of this collective effort, where we grow together and build lasting connections.
One experience that stands out was during a holiday season at the mall. We were organising a large Christmas event, and there was a huge rush to get everything in place on time.
The whole team, from marketing to maintenance, created a magical atmosphere for our visitors. I remember staying late with a few team members, decorating and arranging activities, while sharing stories and laughs. When the day arrived, seeing families enjoy the festive ambience we had all worked so hard to create was incredibly rewarding. Moments like these capture the spirit of Ascencia working as one team to bring joy to our community.
Philippe Espitalier-Noël, the CEO of Rogers, was appointed as the Chairman of the Sustainability & Inclusive Growth Commission at Business Mauritius. His role highlighted Rogers’ commitment to sustainable development and inclusive growth in the corporate landscape of Mauritius, further strengthening the group’s focus on ethical business practices and long-term value creation.
Le Chamarel Panoramic Restaurant opened in 1993, offers a unique dining experience in the heart of Chamarel, a region celebrated for its rich cultural and natural heritage. Set on a scenic plateau with sweeping views of Mauritius' southwest coastline, the restaurant specialises in refined Creole cuisine that highlights local ingredients like fresh palm hearts, tropical root vegetables, and venison sourced from the nearby Domaine de Bel Ombre. The menu reflects a deep appreciation for Mauritian culinary traditions with dishes crafted to honor the island’s diverse cultural influences.
Under the management of Rogers Hospitality, Le Chamarel Restaurant is more than just a dining venue; it’s an integral part of the region's eco-tourism offerings. The restaurant is situated close to popular attractions like the Chamarel 7 Coloured Earth Geopark and Chamarel Waterfalls, allowing visitors to experience both local cuisine and natural wonders in one trip. Rogers' commitment to sustainability is evident here as well, aligning with its broader mission in Bel Ombre to preserve the area’s ecological balance while providing an authentic Mauritian experience.

Entering Rogers House as a proud staff with my Rogers polo shirt on.
One memorable moment was during the launch event of Rogers Capital Finance Ltd. As one of the first employees, I felt an overwhelming sense of pride when we unveiled our vision to clients and partners in the stunning Rogers House. Seeing my childhood dream come to life, I remembered my parents' words about the importance of the Rogers Group. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement and hope for our future, and I was honoured to represent a legacy that had shaped so many lives. That day solidified my commitment to the group and reminded me that dreams can indeed become reality with dedication and passion. It was a pivotal moment that underscored not just my personal achievement, but also the collective ambition of our team.

My first memory of the workplace was during my initial orientation. I recall feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness as I was introduced to my team and the company's culture. The warm welcome from my colleagues and the informative sessions about our goals and values made a lasting impression. It was inspiring to see the collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence that defines our work environment, setting a positive tone for my journey here.
One particularly memorable moment during my time with the Rogers Group was when we successfully launched a major project that required extensive collaboration across departments. As the deadline approached, we faced several challenges that tested our problem-solving skills and teamwork. I vividly remember a late-night brainstorming session where team members from different backgrounds came together, sharing ideas and strategies. The energy in the room was electric, and it was inspiring to see everyone's commitment to achieving a common goal. When we finally launched the project on time, the sense of accomplishment was overwhelming. It reinforced the power of collaboration and highlighted the supportive culture at Rogers Group. This experience not only strengthened my professional relationships but also deepened my appreciation for the teamwork that drives our success.

Mon entretien.

I still remember the day I walked through the doors of Rogers for the first time. There was a mix of nervous excitement and quiet determination in my heart. I didn’t know what to expect, but from the very beginning, I was greeted with warmth and a sense of belonging that felt almost immediate. What struck me most was the people, their kindness, their willingness to share knowledge, and their passion for what they do. It wasn’t just a workplace; it felt like being part of something bigger, a family with a shared vision. That first day was more than just the start of a job, it was the beginning of a journey filled with growth, connections, and unforgettable moments. And as I look back now, I can say with certainty that Rogers didn’t just shape my career; it shaped me.

Cordialement, Vidoola

On my 3rd day at Rogers, 23rd May 2007, I was invited on the spot in a meeting with 2 colleagues. The meeting started and the 2 colleagues began an animated discussion. To say the least, I was lost and unable to actively participate in the discussion. The purpose of the meeting was the set up of a property fund. After a few months and meetings, I was more involved in the project, and in December 2008 (if I am not mistaken), Ascencia started its operations. Today, the company is listed and generates more than a billion rupees of PAT. I was fortunate to participate in the creation of such a successful company.

La Réserve Golf Links, inaugurated in December 2023, stands as the first and only contemporary links-style golf course in the Indian Ocean. Situated within the esteemed Heritage Bel Ombre estate in Mauritius, this 18-hole championship course was co-designed by renowned golf course architect Peter Matkovich and former Open Champion Louis Oosthuizen. Emphasising sustainability and environmental conservation, La Réserve Golf Links has achieved GEO Certified® Development status, making it the first course in the African region to receive this prestigious recognition.
Adjacent to La Réserve, Le Château Golf Course, also part of the Heritage Golf Club, has been offering golfers a unique experience since its opening in 2004. This 18-hole course is set around the historic 19th-century Le Château de Bel Ombre, allowing players to enjoy a blend of history and natural beauty.
Both La Réserve Golf Links and Le Château Golf Course have hosted the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open, a tournament co-sanctioned by the DP World Tour and the Sunshine Tour. This highlights the courses' international standards and their contribution to positioning Mauritius as a premier golfing destination.
The Rogers Group, through its hospitality arm, Rogers Hospitality, has been instrumental in developing these golf courses as part of its vision to promote high-end, sustainable tourism within Mauritius. The dual 45-holes offering of La Réserve and Le Château provides varied golfing experiences that enhance the island’s appeal to international travelers and local golf enthusiasts alike.
Rogers Group’s commitment to creating a sustainable and luxurious destination is evident in these golf courses, which form part of the broader Heritage Bel Ombre master plan. This plan includes eco-conscious hospitality options, like the Heritage Awali and Heritage Le Telfair resorts, and initiatives to preserve and showcase the region’s unique biodiversity. Through these developments, Rogers has played a significant role in establishing Mauritius as a notable destination for sustainable luxury and elite golf experiences.
In 2000, Rogers streamlined its operations by amalgamating various companies under New Mauritius Hotels and distributing a significant portion of its shares to shareholders. During this time, the ENL and Taylor groups acquired the stakes held by the Weal group in the holding company, reinforcing their positions in the broader corporate landscape.

Inspiring
Every day after school, as I walked down John Kennedy Street in Port Louis, my eyes would always be drawn to the Rogers House. There was something about its presence that captivated me, a sense of inspiration and aspiration that resonated deeply within me. The name itself, "Rogers House" held a certain magic, a promise of opportunities and dreams waiting to be fulfilled. I would often pause for a moment, imagining myself as part of the vibrant team within those walls. The thought of contributing to such a prestigious company filled me with determination and hope. It was more than just a building; it was a symbol of my ambitions and the future I envisioned for myself. Today, as I stand here as a proud member of the Rogers House family, I am reminded of that young girl with big dreams. The journey from those school days to now has been incredible, and every step has been worth it. Rogers House continues to inspire me, just as it did back then, and I am grateful to be part of this amazing journey.
One of the most unforgettable experiences I've had with the Rogers Group was during our team building. This event was more than just a break from our daily routines; it was a chance for all of us to come together, not just as colleagues, but as a close-knit family. The retreat was held at a beautiful location, surrounded by nature, which provided the perfect backdrop for bonding and relaxation. The highlight of the retreat was the end-of-year party. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, music, and a sense of unity. We played games, shared stories, and celebrated our achievements. It was during this time that I truly felt the strength of our team spirit and the supportive culture that the Rogers Group fosters. However, the most significant moment for me is when I was promoted to a new role, which marked the beginning of an exciting and challenging journey. This promotion was a turning point in my career. It came with the responsibility of leading a team, which was both exhilarating and daunting. I remember the first project we tackled together; it was a complex task that required innovative thinking and collaboration. The support I received from my colleagues was incredible. They were always there to offer advice, share their expertise, and encourage me to push my boundaries. This period was a time of immense growth for me, both professionally and personally. I learned valuable lessons in leadership, teamwork, and resilience. Looking back, this experience stands out not just because of the promotion, but because of the journey that followed. It was a time of learning, adapting and thriving in a dynamic environment. The memories of those days, the challenges we overcame, and the bonds we formed are something I will always cherish. The Rogers Group has been more than just a workplace; it has been a place where dreams are nurtured, and potential is realized.

Legacy
I remember, as a child, going to Port-Louis with my mother every Saturday. We’d pass by Rogers House, that grand building that seemed to hold an air of mystery. Standing in front of it, I felt so small. I would look up in awe, my mind racing with curiosity, wondering what incredible things might be happening behind those walls. To me, it was a place of secrets and stories, a world of grown-ups that I was eager to one day understand. Little did I know then that Rogers House wasn’t just a building; it was a symbol of growth and ambition on the island, representing a legacy of resilience and innovation that has shaped the Mauritius we know today.
Although I joined the Rogers Group only recently, I already feel a strong sense of belonging, thanks to the incredibly warm welcome from my team. Moving to Rogers represents a pivotal step in my career, and I was deeply inspired not only by the vision that guides the Rogers Group but by the passion and dedication of the people I now work alongside. Seeing firsthand the commitment to growth and innovation, I look forward to being part of the journey ahead.

Felt an immediate connection with the company's mission and I knew that I was in the right place.
Throughout my career at Rogers Hospitality, I have steadily advanced through various HR roles, each time demonstrating my ability to take on greater responsibility and deliver results. I started as an HR Trainee at Veranda Tamarin, where I built a solid foundation in HR practices. I was then transferred to Veranda Paul et Virginie as a People Operations Assistant, managing key HR functions and contributing to a positive workplace culture. I also had the opportunity to oversee HR operations at Veranda Tamarin twice, gaining hands-on My efforts and growth were recognized with a promotion to People Operations Specialist for the Leisure Cluster, where I successfully managed all people operations for multiple properties, driving initiatives that improved operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Throughout my journey, I have shown leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to enhancing both recruitment and retention efforts, helping to create a positive and productive environment across the organization. Lastly, a particularly memorable moment in my career was when our HR Department was awarded the title of Best People Operations. It was a proud achievement for the entire team and a testament to our collective hard work, dedication, and the impact of the initiatives we had implemented. Being part of that success reinforced my commitment to excellence in people operations and motivated me to continue striving for improvements.
