Arriving at the iconic building which I used to pass by in my childhood: it was my dream to work in a big office.
A memorable moment for me was when Rogers Aviation made MUR100m PAT! We rose from the ashes and rebuilt ourselves from scratch after covid and demonstrated our resilience and agility as one united team.

In May 2004, I had the opportunity to experience a training course together with Raoul Maurel conducted by Dr David Freemantle on the famous BUZZ concept – an essential tool for the personalization of all the services that we provide to our guests and making each minute of our guests stay ‘truly authentic moments’. In April 2005, Raoul was appointed as the Buzz Manager and he made the BUZZ become a way of life & a driving force philosophy in our daily tasks & activities, so as to make the difference at all times within the group Our mission was to think outside the box and challenge oneself to come up with creative ideas based on simplicity and elegance. The passion for the BUZZ concept inculcated to me by our Buzz Manager, contributed largely to my success in the Buzz competitions held within the group in mid 2005.
With a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service, our company has set a benchmark in the hospitality industry, and this commitment has fuelled my passion for working with Rogers Hospitality for the past 21 years 4 months.
I take immense pride in being one of the original members of the opening team at Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort, where I continue to thrive and contribute to its success. My career began in the hospitality sector as a Public Relations Officer at Marina Resort & Club, Anse La Raie which was a member of Veranda Resorts by then, and through perseverance, I have cultivated expertise across various roles in Human Resources at Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort, Bel Ombre.
This journey has led me to my current role as a People Operations Specialist. Each position has allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of people management, problem-solving, and fostering a collaborative environment, aligning perfectly with my personal motto: "We rise by lifting others." Highlights of my journey include: Earning the titles of Best VLH Ambassador (2017) and Best Heritage Resorts Ambassador (2018), underscoring my dedication to quality, service, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Actively contributing to the Heritage Resorts Ambassadors Programme, which honed my skills in quality assurance and service excellence. Driving impactful strategies for our internal customers—Our People—while remaining steadfast in my dedication to our shared vision.
As I look to the future, I am eager to further showcase my commitment to enhancing our company's culture, service excellence, and team well-being. My journey exemplifies my belief: "Once a Rogers Ambassador, always a Rogers Ambassador."
May this adventure continue with renewed passion and purpose.

In my nearly four years at Domino’s, I have grown significantly, both personally and professionally. I began as a Supervisor in 2021, where I quickly adapted to the fast-paced environment, overseeing shifts, training new team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role taught me the importance of communication, teamwork, and problem-solving during high-pressure times. In 2023, I was promoted to Restaurant Manager, a role in which I took on broader responsibilities, including managing store operations, setting and achieving sales goals, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This position allowed me to further develop my leadership skills, focus on operational efficiency, and work closely with my team to maintain a positive workplace culture.
My time at Domino’s has been a rewarding journey of continuous learning and growth, with each role enhancing my management capabilities and deepening my commitment to quality and service excellence.

Mon entretien.

My first memory of Rogers is actually of Rogers House in 1998 when I interned at the US embassy. It was also my first grasp of the buzzing business life in Port-Louis! More seriously, when I started my Mauritian career in CSR, Rogers was the company I was looking up to, for the audacity and pioneering spirit it showed towards inclusion and environmental issues. I am so glad to be part of this thrust today!

The camaraderie and playful mischief I experienced during my first week at ex-EIS were truly remarkable.
Being part of a team of technicians capable of managing different moods and attitudes in an outsourced department was an incredibly rewarding experience. I never imagined it would be so fulfilling or so easy to connect with people of such diverse personalities. Today, I can proudly say that our team is one of the best to work with, and many others envy the dynamic we’ve created with our company.

I started my career in Rogers group at Heritage Golf Club on 1st August 2016 as bartender. Everything was new to me as it was the first time working in hospitality. There I got great opportunites to develop myself, to learn a lot concerning preparation on cocktail, drinks, and above all sharing great moments working for big competitions like ABMO and others. I was very dedicated to my work and perfom duty with keen interest to the best of my ability. I got the chance to meet with many villa owners and personalities for competitions and events. Cooporate team work was among my best qualities. After covid 19, I was being transfered to Awali hotel where I continued as barman for nearly one year.
In december 2021, I got the offer to work in maintenance department as coordinator, as previously before joining Rogers group I was working in a water engineering company where I earn lots of knowledge of maintenance and water management/water treatment. My duty as coordinator is to manage utilities (water/electricity/gas/diesel), follow up of work, records, and water management. I entertain very good relationship with my collegues in my department as well as other departments, managers and others also. I work to the entire satisfaction of the management.

I had the opportunity to meet so many new guests and connect with them, while also learning new activities alongside my colleagues and managers. These early years were a time of growth, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills that shaped my journey in the company.
I have so many great memories, from taking guests on bike outings, hiking in the mountains, & exploring the island on my days off, to playing golf with some amazing people. I've also had the chance to help with the company's 'NOW FOR TOMORROW' projects, contributing to its growth and development. A huge thank you to Rogers Group for giving me the opportunity to grow and become a leader in my department. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m truly grateful for all the experiences that have shaped me.

Rogers building at Port Louis
Since my childhood, whenever I visited Port Louis and passed by the Rogers building I understood that it was a great company with smart and talented people working there. Finally, after having worked for the company/Group for 20 years, I was selected to participate in a management development program (MDP). At the end of this course, we were invited to meet the CEO at the Rogers house. From the parking lot to the top floor, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, managers, and the CEO. It was both a pleasure and an honour to be on the top floor, meet the senior management team, and admire the breathtaking view from that level.

Meaningful Change
Every journey has its milestones, but my time at Rogers has been much more than a mere path—it has been a vibrant tapestry woven with memories, growth, and meaningful connections that I will treasure forever. After spending five years in South Africa, I joined SOFAP, a subsidiary of Rogers at the time. The blend of excitement and nervous anticipation I felt on my first day was unforgettable. It marked a fresh start filled with opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow. What stood out to me immediately was the warm welcome I received—the genuine smiles, the camaraderie, and the sense of belonging that set the tone for the remarkable journey that followed.
Among my most treasured memories are the collaborations I shared with my colleagues. Whether brainstorming innovative solutions, overcoming challenges as a team, or enjoying a light-hearted laugh during breaks, these moments of connection were invaluable. My coworkers became more than colleagues; they became my second family. Together, we built an environment that nurtured creativity, support, and success. After a decade at SOFAP, I transitioned to Desbro, another subsidiary of Rogers at the time. This shift marked a pivotal moment in my career. A special project I worked on with my colleagues proved to be not only impactful but also a valuable learning experience. It reinforced the importance of teamwork, determination, and perseverance, leaving me with lessons I carry to this day. I eventually transitioned to Rogers Property, where I gained invaluable insights and knowledge. They say, "Work hard, play harder," and my time there truly reflected this philosophy. While I often worked beyond regular hours, the experience extended far beyond professional growth. It was enriched with countless moments of celebration and joy—be it team outings, festive gatherings, or simple acts of kindness among colleagues. These experiences underscored that a workplace isn’t just about deadlines and tasks; it’s about the people and the relationships that make it special. In 2014, I transitioned to the Rogers Corporate Office in the Legal department — a significant shift after spending much of my career in operational roles. This move introduced me to a completely new environment, pushing me to adapt, build resilience, and broaden my horizons. It became a journey of personal and professional growth, enriched by mentors who guided me, colleagues who supported me, and challenges that motivated me to aim for excellence. I still vividly remember the day the corporate office unveiled its new logo under the theme of "Meaningful Change". As the first to arrive at the office that morning, I was truly mesmerised by the transformation. The vibrant new colors—blue and red—marked a striking departure from tradition, the first such change in decades. We were given small gifts to celebrate the occasion, and I felt an immense sense of pride to be part of this momentous milestone. I was also entrusted with the responsibility of stepping in as the executive secretary for Philippe Espitalier-Noël during his assistant’s holidays, a challenging task that truly tested my abilities. Looking back, I can proudly say, "I did it." Looking back, I am filled with immense gratitude—for the opportunities I was given, the challenges that define and refined me, and the incredible people who made every day meaningful. My time at Rogers has been nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a chapter of my life that I will always reflect on with fondness, pride, and a deep sense of fulfillment.

It was 2016. I had left behind the polished, ultra-modern luxury of Singapore, where skyscrapers sparkled against the skyline, and everything moved with clockwork precision, from the bustling business districts to the immaculate public spaces. Arriving in Mauritius, the contrast was striking. I was very apprehensive about being able to adapt. But my doubts began to slowly dissolve as soon as I stepped onto the fifth floor of Rogers House and I was Prema at the reception, smiling and looking so welcoming! Then I met more people in the office, and I soon realised that Rogers wasn't just a corporate entity; it was a place filled with genuine warmth and an authentic connection to the island. People spoke with pride, not only about their work but about Mauritius itself. They shared stories of growth and tradition, of challenges and resilience, and, in those conversations, I saw how deeply they valued both progress and heritage. Rogers became more than just an employer; it became my gateway into understanding Mauritius on a level I hadn't anticipated. The company embodied a delicate balance: it embraced Mauritius' natural beauty and traditions, while still aspiring to evolve, innovate and grow.
In my first few weeks at Rogers, we had a meeting with someone in the Hospitality cluster, held at Le Telfair. I had never been there before, and as I walked into the reception area, I paused, captivated by the view stretching out before me. The scene was nothing short of exquisite, and it took my breath away. In that moment, I felt a profound sense of gratitude and pride to be part of a Group that not only owned such a remarkable property but also created this same awe-inspiring experience for guests from around the world.

I clearly remember my first day coming in for an interview at Rogers House. It was December, and Port-Louis was buzzing with holiday activities. But up on the fifth floor, it was so quiet - everyone was out, getting ready for the office party later. After my interview, as I walked through the empty, impressive office, I couldn’t help but think how great it would be to work there. It’s amazing to think back to that day and see how everything has unfolded since then.
One of my most cherished experiences at Rogers Group has been leading the communication of the 'Bouze Zenes' initiative, which has transformed lives in Bel Ombre by empowering our youth. Equally meaningful is my role in the Diversity and Inclusion committee, which we affectionately named 'Comité du Grenier', where we were dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion within the Group. These roles have allowed me to not only witness but also be part of the meaningful change - fostering a culture of inclusivity and opportunity that resonates deeply with my own values. It's incredibly rewarding to be part of shaping a better future at Rogers.

Visionary
As a child, I remember hearing the name Rogers talked about at family gatherings. Back then I did not know what Rogers stood for, but it left an impression on my childhood brain that it was a 'larger than life' organization where important people work.
I was moving back to Mauritius after having lived more than a decade abroad. It was equally daunting and exciting to be at the starting line of building a new life. The Rogers Group helped me do that; it offered me a job where I could contribute my experience and new colleagues that helped me fall in love again with the Mauritian culture.

Since my childhood, I was always intrigued by the Rogers House building. As I grew older, I started seeing the "Rogers Capital" name in malls and on billboards. I was fascinated by the coverage it had as well as the reputation built. Little did I know that one day I would have the opportunity to work at Rogers Capital surrounded by a lively environment. The highlight for me is that a month after joining Rogers Capital, I was thrilled to participate in my very first event - Plant a Tree! This event was organised with the aim of contributing for a balanced ecosystem. To my surprise, the event took place in my locality, near Telfair Amphitheater. I cannot express the pride I felt when I realised that the Company I work for not only focuses on work and financial gains but also on maintaining a balanced and healthy environment for us and the future generations. 125 years of Excellence: My personal growth with Rogers. As we celebrate Rogers' 125th anniversary, I find myself reflecting on the incredible growth I've experienced over the past four years. Rogers is known for its logistical expertise, but what truly makes this company stand out is its commitment to developing its employees and fostering professional growth in every aspect of our work. During my time here, one of the most valuable opportunities has been the range of professional skills training Rogers provides. These courses go beyond the technical aspects of logistics, focusing on essential skills that can be applied across all areas of business. I've had the chance to participate in several programs that have made a significant difference in my day-to-day responsibilities and in my interactions with both colleagues and customers. A course that had a profound impact on me was focused on enhancing communication and interpersonal skills. Effective communication is the backbone of strong business relationships, and through this training, I learned techniques to better engage with customers and colleagues alike. It helped me understand how to listen more actively, present information clearly, and navigate difficult conversations with confidence. This has been invaluable in fostering stronger relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met in a way that leaves a lasting positive impression. Rogers has also provided training on customer relationship management, which has been essential in helping me handle professional dealings with more confidence and ease. This training highlighted the importance of understanding customer needs, anticipating challenges, and consistently delivering solutions that exceed expectations. It's these kinds of activities that have strengthened my ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with our clients. Rogers' emphasis on customer satisfaction is something that truly aligns with my values, and it's rewarding to be part of a team that places such importance on these relationships. Another area of growth has been time management and organisational skills. Rogers encourages us to be more efficient and effective in our work, and the training I received on this subject has enabled me to prioritize my tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity, even when faced with tight schedules. These skills have not only made me more organised but have also improved my ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously. The benefits of these programs extend far beyond just improving my professional capabilities: they have also enriched my overall experience at Rogers. These opportunities for growth and development show that Rogers invests in its people, ensuring that we have the tools and skills necessary to thrive in an ever-evolving industry. It's this commitment to continuous improvement that has made my time at Rogers so fulfilling. As we celebrate 125 years, I look forward to what the future holds. Rogers has built an incredible legacy of excellence, and I am proud to be part of this journey. With the professional skills I've gained and the strong relationships we continue to build with our customers, I know that Rogers is poised for even greater success in the years to come. Here's to Rogers' 125 years of building connections, fostering growth, and delivering exceptional services and to the bright future we are all helping to shape together.

My first memory of Rogers is from my very first day with the company. I still remember walking into the office and immediately feeling a sense of warmth and professionalism from everyone around me. What struck me most was how welcoming the team was and how smoothly the onboarding process went. One specific moment that stands out was meeting my manager for the first time. They took the time to not only explain the company's goals and values but also to ask about my own professional aspirations. That early connection made me feel like Rogers genuinely cared about my development and well-being right from the start. It was in that moment that I knew I was joining a company with a strong, people-focused culture, which has continued to shape my positive experience ever since.
A particularly memorable moment during my time at the Rogers Group was in March 2020, when the company was flourishing across all areas. Then COVID-19 struck. We were suddenly faced with unforeseen challenges, but the way the team came together during that period was truly inspiring. At the time, I was working for Cap d'Abondance, a company rooted in the tourism industry, which was hit hard as business plummeted to 0%. People across the country were anxious about their jobs, and many were left unemployed and struggling. However, at Rogers, we had the reassurance that we were in the right place, and we were determined to get through this difficult phase, which we did. We recovered exceptionally well. I'm so proud to be part of a company like Rogers, which truly makes a difference in its employees' lives, from health campaigns to birthday leaves, employee discounts across various companies, and many other valuable benefits. That experience really emphasized for me the collaborative and supportive culture at Rogers Group. It reinforced how, when we work together, we can overcome any obstacle. It's a moment that made me feel proud to be part of such a dedicated and talented team.

When I was little, I was always impressed seeing people taking the "Rogers Bus" and I told myself that one day I'll take it too. I have been able to use the bus for the 1st year I started working at Rogers .
I have witnessed several changes in the group and what I can say is that we have always faced the challenges together as a team/group to become stronger.

My first memory of Rogers is one that still stirs emotions in me. It was my first day, walking into the building for the very first time, feeling both nervous and excited. The sight of the Rogers logo, standing tall and proud, immediately caught my attention. It wasn't just a logo, it was a symbol of a legacy, of something much bigger than myself. I remember pausing for a moment, feeling a deep sense of awe, and knowing right then that this was where I wanted to be. Walking into the office for the first time, I was immediately struck by the blend of tradition and modernity that Rogers embodies. There was an air of history, with the company's journey spanning over a century, but also a forward-thinking culture driven by innovation and a diverse range of services across Finance, Technology, Hospitality, and more. The warmth of the people, the welcoming atmosphere, and the stories I heard from my new colleagues about their own journeys with Rogers made it all feel so special. I was stepping into a place with deep roots, where every person, every desk, every corner seemed to carry a piece of history. It wasn't just a job: it felt like I was becoming part of a family that had endured and thrived for over a century. That sense of belonging and pride in being part of something so meaningful is my first and most cherished memory of Rogers. I was inspired by the company's resilience and its ability to continuously evolve while maintaining a deep connection to Mauritius. This first impression, of a company that bridges the past and future, left a lasting mark on me, reinforcing my excitement to contribute to its ongoing success as it celebrated 125 remarkable years.
I remember my first day at Rogers Group so vividly, like it was yesterday as I have recently completed my second year on 18th of October 2024. It was on the fifth floor at Rogers House in Port Louis, and the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a stunning path lined with artificial tall palm trees, their leaves swaying gently with soft lights twinkling in between. It almost felt magical, as if the scene was designed just to welcome me into something special. But what really took my breath away was when I saw the Rogers logo shining into the reception wall. In that instant, I felt a deep connection, an unexplainable pull. I knew, without a doubt, that I wanted to be part of this legacy. I fell in love with the company right then and there. It wasn't just about wanting a job; I wanted to belong, to contribute to this storied institution at all costs. In my journey through the workplace, I've had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, spanning every age group. But among them, two colleagues who have now retired hold a special place in my heart. Despite the years that separated us, they became more than just co-workers: they were mentors, companions, and friends. From the very beginning, they took me under their wings, not with cold instructions, but with patience, warmth, and a sense of care that can only come from experience. We shared countless moments, the kind that aren't scheduled or marked on calendars, but remain engraved in memory. That moment standing there, under the glow of the lights and the majestic palms marked the beginning of a journey I will always cherish. It wasn't just the start of my career at Rogers; it was the start of something much bigger, a feeling that I was stepping into a family with a history and heart that I would soon be proud to call my own.

Legacy is the word that best describes Rogers Group for me. It’s fulfilling to know I’m contributing to a tradition of dedication and values that my grandfather cherished, and I’m proud to be part of shaping its future for those who come after me.
My first memory of Rogers is a special one. When I was just six years old, I took a photo in front of the Rogers building, I still have the picture by the way—pure coincidence, or perhaps fate. Looking back, it feels as if I was always meant to be connected to this place. With my grandfather having worked at Rogers as a van driver, I grew up with a deep, almost familial bond to the company. I never imagined then that one day I’d walk through those same doors to start my career. That childhood moment, once just a snapshot, has become a meaningful memory in my journey with Rogers Capital. 16 years later, after finishing my university exams, Rogers Capital became the first company I applied to—and it was also the first to respond with an offer. It felt like all the moments connected, as if this path was meant to be. Accepting the offer instantly, I began work the very next day, and from that point forward, I’ve felt both proud and at home in this vibrant environment.
One of my most memorable experiences with Rogers Group was the first time I collaborated with the marketing team to promote the company through social media. Given my role as World Miss University of Mauritius, this opportunity was not only exciting but also deeply meaningful, as it allowed me to represent Rogers in a way that connected with people across different backgrounds. Also, youngsters like me feel so much included in the workplace and we are free to voice out our ideas and to have some fun while simultaneously working for the benefit of our Company. I remember the energy in the room as we brainstormed ideas to showcase Rogers’ dynamic work environment. This project was impactful because it blended my passion for outreach with Rogers' commitment to innovative engagement. Working with such a dedicated team reminded me why Rogers has such a lasting legacy. This experience truly showed me the value of being part of a company that nurtures its employees’ strengths and encourages them to excel beyond their roles despite having different groups of generations.

I don't have personal experiences or memories, but Rogers & Co. is a well-known conglomerate based in Mauritius. It was founded in 1899 and has since grown into one of the most prominent companies in the country. Rogers operates in sectors such as aviation, logistics, hospitality, and financial services. They are particularly recognized for their involvement in hospitality through VLH, which manages hotels like Heritage Resorts, as well as other businesses contributing to the economy of Mauritius.
While I don't have personal experiences, a particularly memorable moment within a company like the Rogers Group could be the successful launch of a major initiative, such as a sustainability project or a groundbreaking partnership that significantly impacted the community. For example, moments of innovation, like spearheading eco-friendly hospitality efforts, or key milestones such as large-scale infrastructure development, would be deeply memorable. These experiences often highlight the company's commitment to growth and societal impact.

Growing up in the heart of Port Louis, Rogers was a brand I often noticed while passing along John Kennedy Street, leaving a lasting impression from an early age. Later, in 2018, when I joined Velogic in Mer Rouge, I vividly remember visiting the fifth floor on a Friday afternoon to collect my contract—a memorable moment that marked the beginning of my journey with the group.
One particularly memorable experience was witnessing the agility and resilience of our team at Velogic (and Rogers) during the pandemic. The logistics sector faced unprecedented challenges, from disrupted supply chains to rapidly changing regulations, yet our team rose to the occasion with remarkable coordination. Across all locations, colleagues supported one another, adapted swiftly, and found innovative solutions to ensure the continuity of operations, even in the most uncertain times. What stood out most was the unwavering commitment from every level of the organization. Leadership provided clear guidance and support, while teams on the ground worked tirelessly to keep goods moving. This period highlighted not just the operational strength of Velogic but also the sense of unity and shared purpose that defines us. It was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we come together, even in the face of the most daunting challenges.

Togetherness
On my first day at Rogers Aviation, I got an unexpected gift and that gift was the welcome with a genuine smile of all the teams, starting from the HR that encouraged me to climb the stairs and achieve what I achieved today. I heart-fully thanks my manager and the HR who always push me to learn more, making each day a new adventure to explore.
Each day at Aviation is like a new territory to conquer for me, so no place for boredom!
Anecdote: During covid, there were no 'levels of staffs'. I remember, to get the budget reports done, we all put our minds and resources available above all to get the work done.
Lesson: I'm enjoying to-date, being in Rogers is like "The best adventures which I begin with a single step outside of my comfort zone."

The 1st Staff party with Dominos Port-Louis team. Was memorable.
Lots. Here since September 2023. My career here has been a great joy with the Dominos Port Louis team. This April will be an overall of 26 years in Hospitality services, although this is a different style of services. I feel a positive vibe each time I enter the Restaurant. With lots of smile and courtesy. I will always advice people to come and work here.

I remember the warm welcome I received from all the team members on my first day. The working environment was so positive, and the enthusiasm of the team was contagious. It made me feel immediately at home and excited to be part of such a supportive and dynamic culture.
One of the most memorable moments for me at the Rogers Group was during a particularly challenging project. With a tight deadline and a lot of pressure, I could have easily felt overwhelmed. But instead, my colleagues came together to help and collaborate, and we successfully met the deadline. That experience and support really showed me the power of teamwork and the positive, solution-oriented mindset that defines the Rogers Group.

The 100 years of Rogers Group Trade fair who earmarked all the way Rogers group has gone to arrive where it is.
I was sent for a mission in Madagascar for 3 weeks and I had to stay 5 years. Everytime I was discussing with the management about the length of the mission, the CEO and CFO would reply we sent you on a specific mission not on a timeline asisgment. Today, as I stand here as a proud member of the Rogers House family, I am reminded of that young girl with big dreams. The journey from those school days to now has been incredible, and every step has been worth it. Rogers House continues to inspire me, just as it did back then, and I am grateful to be part of this amazing journey.

My second home
I had a wonderful experience when I joined Rogers Hospitality (at that time namely "Island Living")! Being part of a united and supportive team, especially with such a strong group of women in the marketing team. I can confirm that team cohesion can greatly impact morale and productivity.
Not every day is a bed of roses, but I continue to grow with each new challenge that comes my way. One eventful day, our team chat was leaked, exposing all our conversations. It was a tough period with our manager, ultimately leading to the team splitting apart. This experience was truly breathtaking and strengthened me, making me more resilient in handling such challenges. As a new chapter began, the team dynamics changed completely, and things were never the same again. Nonetheless, I stayed loyal to the group and can confidently say that I made no wrong decisions. I am truly happy and grateful to be a part of the Rogers family.

Coming to Port Louis with my dad on Saturdays and passing by the huge Rogers House. At that time I felt so tiny in front of this building.
One of the most memorable experience was the renovation of several floors of Rogers House by Rogers Capital, especially witnessing the change that occurred on the emblematical 3rd floor of the building. The moving in was also an intensely emotional moment.

Joining Rogers Aviation was an unforgettable experience from the very start! I was warmly welcomed by the Human Resource Manager, Frederic Curé, whose friendly demeanor instantly made me feel at home. His genuine enthusiasm for the company and its culture set a positive tone for my journey ahead.
Throughout my first days, I encountered many delightful anecdotes that showcased the camaraderie among the team. One of my favourite aspects has been our Friday happy hours at the office in Ebène. These gatherings not only allow us to unwind but also foster connections and laughter, making the workplace feel like a close-knit community. Overall, my introduction to Rogers Aviation has been filled with warmth, support, and a sense of belonging that I truly cherish!
